Hi, I’m Michelle Schreiner.

I grew up in East Cobb, and today I’m raising my family here.
I’m running as a Democrat for State House District 45 to bring steady leadership and practical solutions for families in our community.

For nearly 30 years, one party has held the majority in the Georgia House. That has often left the minority blocking bad bills but rarely advancing strong ones.

I grew up in East Cobb, and today I am raising my family here. I am stepping forward rooted in this community and inspired by the values we share, ready to build a stronger future for Georgia families.

Like so many parents in this community, I care deeply about the future we are building.
I began my career as a professor, teaching students to think critically and evaluate evidence.
Later, I worked for the Office of Inspector General conducting program evaluation research to identify fraud, waste, and abuse in the healthcare system and protect taxpayer dollars.
Today, I lead research teams at a Fortune 50 company, helping leaders understand real-world experiences to make better, data-informed decisions.
Building on my expertise, I have worked with lawmakers at the Capitol and others committed to improving the lives of Georgians on practical policies, including a state Earned Income Tax Credit that helps families keep more of what they earn.
I am not running to perform politics. I am running to do the work.
